Terms of use
Last updated : 14 June 2026
The French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Carmina (carmina.audio), a platform of AI-assisted audio tools. By using the service you accept them.
2. Account
Using the tools requires an account, created via a sign-in link sent by email (no password). You are responsible for your mailbox and for the use made of your account. A credit bonus may be granted on sign-up.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to upload only files you have the rights to, and not to:
- upload unlawful or infringing content;
- attempt to bypass security, usage limits or the credit system;
- use the service for illegal purposes.
4. Ownership of your content
You keep the rights to the files you upload and to the results produced (masters, stems, etc.). You grant us only the licence needed to process your files and deliver the result.
We do not train AI on your raw audio. We may keep the fingerprint of your tracks — numeric characteristics that cannot reconstruct the audio — to improve Carmina. You can opt out at any time from your account (“Settings”). See the privacy policy.
5. Nature of results (AI)
Processing is partly automated. It aims for a professional result but does not guarantee a specific outcome. In particular, the voice-clarity tool produces a reconstructed voice for intelligibility, which is not legal evidence. Always keep a copy of your originals.
6. Credits and purchases
Paid actions consume credits, sold under the terms of sale.
7. Availability
The service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or limit features, notably for maintenance or security.
8. Suspension
In case of breach of these terms (notably abusive or unlawful use), we may suspend or close the account.
9. Liability
Carmina is bound by a best-efforts obligation and is not liable for indirect damages. You are responsible for keeping a backup of your original files.
10. Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated; the applicable version is the one online when you use the service. They are governed by French law.
