Terms of sale
Last updated : 14 June 2026
The French version prevails.
1. Purpose and seller
These terms govern the sale of credits used to run Carmina's paid processing (e.g. mastering, voice clarity). Seller: Julien Muraccioli (Carmina), sole trader, SIRET 811 483 353 00017, 9 rue Cdt Luce Casabianca, 20200 Bastia, France — [email protected].
2. Credits and prices
- The service runs on credits. Each paid action consumes a number of credits shown before you start.
- Credits are bought as packs or as a chosen amount. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
- VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
- Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise and are non-refundable once consumed (see §5).
3. Order and payment
Purchases are made online from your account. Payment is handled by a secure payment provider; Carmina does not store card data. Credits are added to your balance after payment confirmation.
4. Nature of the service
Carmina provides a digital service run online, partly based on automated and AI tools. It aims for a quality result but does not guarantee a specific outcome.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period for unused credits. However, by starting a processing job (thus consuming credits) before the end of that period, you request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for the credits so consumed. Unused credits remain refundable within the 14-day period.
6. Refunds and incidents
If a processing job fails due to a technical fault attributable to Carmina, the corresponding credits are refunded to your balance. Claims: [email protected].
7. Liability
Carmina is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Liability excludes indirect damages and is capped at the amount of credits for the processing concerned. Keep a copy of your original files.
8. Consumer mediation & applicable law
Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge [mediator to be appointed], and the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law.
